The Bursar Office is responsible for all financial transactions between students and the University. Students can visit the Bursar Office to pay their bill or find out information about a refund.

- Go to the OSU Bursar page login.
- Enter your O-Key login
- Click "Bursar Guest Login"
- Create a guest login and password to provide to your guest.
- Select the access you want for your guest by clicking "Manage Guest Login."
The Bursar online payment system will accept Mastercard, Discover, American Express and web check.
Yes. You can divide your balance into five, four or three installments. Each installment will be due on the 10th of every month. The first payment depends on which plan you select. See the payment option form under Forms for more information. Not available for Summer terms.
Log in to the OSU Bursar website. On the Bursar website, each fee is individually listed. Historical billing information dating back to September 2001 is also available to print
The Bursar Office provides a monthly billing statement on the last business day of each month detailing charges and payments that occurred during that month. Statement notifications are emailed monthly to the student's okstate.edu email address, as well as any billing email addresses on file. Payments are due upon receipt. Charges that are still unpaid after the 15th of the month are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
Refund checks are mailed bi-weekly to the local address listed in SIS. To receive your funds faster, sign up for direct deposit. Direct deposit will transfer any overpayment of the Bursar account to your bank account within 48 hours.
Direct Deposit is a banking term used to refer to the transfer of funds that are paid directly to your checking or savings account rather than issuing you a paper check. Once you sign in to the Bursar website, select Direct Deposit Authorization and enter your banking information to activate this refund option. Direct deposit will transfer any overpayment of the Bursar account to your bank account within 48 hours.
All 1098T forms are mailed to the billing address listed in SIS and are postmarked by January 31. You may also print a 1098T online from the OSU Bursar page. Log in to the page, click on 1098T information, and select the year you need.
In order to charge books to your account in Tulsa, you must have financial aid that will more than cover your tuition and fees. Any overage can be used to obtain a book voucher. See the Financial Aid office for details.
