Completing Enrollment Steps for Computer Self-Enrollment Note: Nonpayment and/or nonattendance do not constitute withdrawal from classes. OSU-Tulsa offers junior, senior and graduate courses. All students are transfer students and must present, at a minimum, approximately two years of college work for admissions. NEW APPLICANTS: Undergraduate applicants are encouraged to apply online at http://admissions.okstate.edu/AdmissionApplicationPacket.html, or obtain an admissions application from either the Undergraduate Admissions Office, 1st floor Administration Hall, or the Prospective Student Services Office, 1st floor North Hall 130. It is recommended that applications for admission and official transcripts in sealed envelopes be submitted at least 4 to 6 weeks prior to attempting to enroll. Once a student is admitted, the student must make an appointment to see their academic advisor and have their advising hold removed (each semester) before they will be able to enroll. Graduate applicants need to apply online at http://gradcollege.okstate.edu/admissions/default.htm. It is recommended that applications for admission and official transcripts be submitted at least 4 to 6 weeks prior to attempting to enroll. Once admitted, graduate students should contact Graduate Admissions in the Graduate Student Services Center, 1st floor Administration Hall, before they will be able to enroll. Individual program deadlines may vary. FORMER STUDENTS: Undergraduate students who were not enrolled for the previous semester will need to make application for readmission and are encouraged to apply online at http://admissions.okstate.edu/AdmissionApplicationPacket.html, or obtain an admissions application from either the Undergraduate Admissions Office, 1st floor Administration Hall, or the Prospective Student Services Office, 1st floor North Hall 130. Undergraduate students applying for readmission who previously attended OSU and left on academic probation must complete a Readmit Petition form. These petitions must be reviewed by the College to which they are applying for a decision regarding admissibility. Therefore, the admissions process may take longer to complete. For deadlines to submit petitions, contact the individual college. Graduate students should contact Graduate Admissions in the Graduate Student Services Center, 1st floor Administration Hall, and receive financial clearance from the Bursar’s Office, 1st floor Administration Hall, before they will be able to enroll.
