Profile: OSU is a public, four-year, nationally accredited comprehensive university that has offered classes in Tulsa since 1982. The Tulsa campus focuses on junior, senior and graduate level education, providing opportunities for individuals to compete bachelors, masters and doctorate degrees.
Location: Tulsa is a city of approximately 380,000 people located in Northeast Oklahoma. OSU-Tulsa is located at 700 North Greenwood Avenue. in Tulsa's historic Greenwood neighborhood near the downtown business community. Take the Cincinnati/Detroit exit off Interstate 244.
Total Enrollment: OSU-Tulsa has more than 2,600 students and is rapidly growing.
Student/Faculty Ratio: OSU-Tulsa has a low student-to-faculty ratio that provides a learning environment where students receive individual attention and an education suited to their personal and professional goals.

Undergraduate Admissions:
Oklahoma State University-Tulsa offers junior and senior undergraduate level courses. It is suggested that you complete approximately 45 credit hours to be eligible for classes on the Tulsa campus. Check with the Advisement Center for exceptions.
OSU Undergraduate Admissions Requirements are as follows:

Academic Requirements
- Hours: All references to "hours" refer to college-level semester credit hours and exclude remedial and leisure activity courses.
- GPA: All references to "GPA" refer to retention/graduation grade point average, as calculated by OSU admissions personnel, using all college work attempted.
- Certain engineering programs require a 2.70 overall GPA, regardless of hours attempted.
Graduate Admission: Admission requirements for master's and doctoral degrees vary with each program. Check with the academic department offering the program for specific admission criteria.
Academic Areas of Study: Over 80 degree options at the bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels are available on the Tulsa campus.

Academic Advisement

Campus Police
- Contact campus police with safety issues and parking questions.
- Campus police are certified police officers that are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Career Services
- OSU-Tulsa Career Services offers interviewing, resume, and cover letter assistance, detailed employer reports and contact names, career search handouts, and much more.
- 7 of 10 is the online career search engine that OSU Career Services utilizes for student registration, resume referrals, and on-campus interviews.
Computing Services
- OSU-Tulsa has over 270 student computers in 1 open computer lab and 8 teaching computer labs on campus.
- The labs house over 80 software programs which range from course specific software to general use software like Microsoft Office and internet access.
Disability & Testing Services
- Student Disability Services provides support services to students with disabilities at no cost. Services and accommodations are provided to students upon request.
- Assistance is tailored to the needs of the individual student, services may include but are not limited to instructor notification, specialized testing, physical classroom accomodations, interpreter services, note taking, reader service, library assistance, and tutoring.
Financial Aid & Scholarship
- Financial Aid representatives are available to assist you with FAFSA applications which include Pell grants, work study, and student loans.
- Assistance and information regarding veterans benefits, fellowships, assistantships, and scholarships are also available.
International Student Services
- Counsel international students about university policies, immigration regulations, U.S. culture, customs and values, institutional resources, personal matters, and local opportunities and resources.
- Process required documents, forms, letters and reports required by the USCIS (United States Citizenship Immigration Services), U.S. Department of State, other federal agencies, educational institutions, foreign governments, and sponsors as needed for travel, work permits, change of status, transferring, OPT, CPT, concurrent enrollment, and other items as required.
Learning Services Center
- Writing Center consultants are available to tutor you individually to develop and strengthen your writing skills.
- The Writing Center is available to assist students with academic assignments as well as graduate school applications and personal writings.

- The Math Lab is a quiet environment where students can work and seek assistance from our math tutors with any math related assignments or projects.
Library
- The Library collection includes 110,000 print books, 47,789 full text electronic journals and 50,000 electronic books which are all online.
- Library resources are available 24 hours a day online. Research assistance is available by phone, e-mail, or at the reference desk.
- Librarians are available to assist you with: O-key account signup, Desire to Learn software, resource selection, research strategies, database searching techniques, bibliography/citation software, interlibrary loan assistance.
Minority Student Services
- Provides students with personal support to enhance leadership in the development, implementation, and coordination of educational, cultural, career and social activities.
- MSS provides assistance with the development of college study skills through non-credit workshops.
Prospective Student Services
- Prospective Student Services provides admissions, financial aid, and scholarship applications, degree information, faculty and staff contact information, testing information and much more.
Student Organizations & Activities
- Student Activities provides fun events for students and their families such welcome week, cultural enrichment activities and free movie showings
- OSU-Tulsa currently has 14 student organizations that range from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers to OSU Business Association to the International Student Association
Wellness Center
- Wellness Center membership is free to all students.
- Wellness Center is equipped with cardiovascular machines, machine weights, and free weights.
- Wellness Center staff are available to set up an exercise program.
