OSU-Tulsa currently offers more than 25 master's and 10 doctoral degrees in disciplines such as education, engineering, counseling, business and others. Day, evening and weekend classes make it convenient to balance work, family and school.

Additionally, tuition for graduate programs is very affordable. OSU-Tulsa has a graduate student-to-faculty ratio of 6:1, which provides a learning environment where you can receive individual attention and an education suited to your personal and professional goals. Applying for Graduate Studies at OSU-Tulsa

When applying for a graduate program you will typically make application to the Graduate College as well as your individual program. For some programs only one application is required; others may request an additional application form. Check with your academic department to obtain a complete list of admission requirements for your specific program.

Application Requirements for Graduate Admission:

  • OSU Application for Graduate Admission or Special Graduate Admission. Apply online here.
  • Application fees vary from $15 to $75. Please call a Graduate Admissions Officer at 918-594-8294 or 918-594-8486 for specific fee information and assistance with your application.
  • One set of official transcripts (dated less than one year old) from each college or university attended.

Paying for Graduate School

Tuition and fees are subject to change without notice, as provided by the University Board of Regents and OSRHE policies. Current estimate of tuition and fees.

OSU-Tulsa offers a payment plan that allows you to make monthly payments on your tuition each semester. You can also apply for financial aid and scholarships. Graduate students are eligible for federal student loans. To apply for student loans, you will first need to complete the Free Application for Student Financial Aid (FAFSA). In addition, OSU-Tulsa and departmental scholarships are available. For more information, contact the OSU-Tulsa Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships.

Program Information

You are encouraged to visit the Graduate Student Services Center prior to starting classes at OSU-Tulsa. In fact, you can meet with a Graduate Student Services Coordinator prior to being admitted to the university. Your coordinator can visit with you about degree requirements, special admission requirements for individual programs and program application deadlines. To schedule an appointment, contact the coordinator for your program of interest, or call the Graduate Student Services Center at 918-594-8445.
