Qualified college graduates are eligible to seek admission to the Graduate College. Applicants must submit a completed application form and fee to the Graduate College, with sealed, official transcripts of all academic work.
You should request each institution previously attended to send an official, sealed transcript to the GSSC. To be official, the transcript must show the complete scholastic record, bear the official seal of the institution, and be signed by the issuing officer. Please mail to: Graduate Student Services Center, 700 N. Greenwood Ave., Tulsa, OK 74106- 0700. OSU graduates do not need to submit an OSU transcript.
You must enroll for courses at OSU within a year of your initial admission date to retain active status or you must reapply for admission. If you are not enrolled for one year, you must reapply for admission and obtain approval from the department. You will be subject to the regulations in effect at the time of readmission.
Transfer credit must be recommended by the advisory committee through submission and approval of the plan of study and approved by the Dean of the Graduate College. Up to nine credit hours of transfer credit may be used toward an OSU master's degree. Additional hours may be used toward a doctoral degree. See a GSSC coordinator for more details.

Visit the OSU Graduate College online application and create a new account. You will be asked to select a username and password to access the application.
Sign-in to your account and click on "Create Application".
The application fee is payable online with a credit card. Applications are not processed until the fee is received.
Academic programs have different application deadlines throughout the year. To allow time for processing, a completed application must be submitted prior to the departmental deadline. Consult a GSSC coordinator for details about different deadlines.
