New employees, new processes, change in leadership style, conflicts, meetingsā¦all this and more can leave a supervisor or manager feeling overwhelmed. Finding new ways to lead and taking time to refine the management skills you do possess is important. The new Supervisor Book Club is one way to take time to reflect and strengthen your skills.
The supervisor book club sessions are led by recent graduates of the Successful Supervisor Series program. Join them and other managers as a new book is selected and reviewed.
HR will purchase books for participants. To enroll in this great opportunity, print the enrollment form and submit to HR. Participants must currently hold a supervisor, manager or director level role within OSU.
