The OSU-Tulsa Wellness Center staff will be in the North Hall Lobby during Welcome Week handing out free stress balls. You can find out more information about the Wellness Center’s facilities, classes offered, intramural sports, and much more. OSU-Tulsa Wellness Center Closed

All OSU students will have the opportunity to compete in the month long Cardio Crazy program. Form a team of three people, pick a sweet team name, and register your team at the OSU-Tulsa Wellness Center. The objective for all teams is to accumulate as many miles/meter on the cardio equipment during the month of September. Only one member can be on the cardio equipment at a time. Prizes will be given for the team that accumulates the most miles. 30 Days of Push ups
This program is a great way to perfect your push-up technique and intensity. On Tuesday, Oct. 1, all participants will do one push-up. On Oct. 2, participants will do two push-ups and so on until the last day of the program. This program can be completed in the Wellness Center or anywhere off campus. If 30 push-ups is too easy, take the ultimate challenge by doubling up on push-ups. On Wednesday, Oct. 30 all participants will meet in North Hall 117 to complete their push-ups together and celebrate their accomplishment. Women on Weights
The Women on Weights (WoW) looks to debunk the myth that weight training is bad for women. WoW participants will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with a student trainer and will receive the knowledge they need amplify their fitness routine. The Wow program will meet every Monday for a total of six weeks. Please make sure your schedule is open during the program dates/times. Lunch and Learn: Women's Wellness
This lunch and learn is dedicated to women’s wellness. Certified nurse practitioner Jennifer Curran will be speaking about the most common health issues that women face today and ways that women can start taking actions to better their health. Fall 2013 OSU in Tulsa Health Fair
Join us for the Fall 2013 OSU in Tulsa Health Fair. All participants can receive many of the following services: flu vaccinations, cholesterol screenings, audiology screenings, body fat screening, and much more. Healthy food and snack will be provided. Multiple Door prizes will be given away.
