Once you've completed the online Health Risk Assessment, print a copy of the results and bring it with you to the Wellness Center for your Cowboy Check Up.

In addition, assessments for muscular endurance, cardiovascular health, and flexibility will be administered as well as fasting cholesterol and glucose screenings. Each Cowboy Check-up will be tailored to the individual and may or may not include each component.
